Encore ("we", "us", "our") provides a social platform for live-music fans to share, track, rate, and relive concert experiences. By creating an account or using Encore, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

New users must agree to these Terms and our Community Guidelines before creating an account. By continuing to use Encore, you confirm that you accept these Terms and any updates we make to them.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Encore. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You agree to follow Encore's Community Guidelines and not to use Encore to share content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights. You're responsible for the content you post, including photos and videos.

You retain ownership of the content you create. By posting it on Encore, you grant us a license to host and display it within the app. We may review, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that break the rules. Our team acts on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.

We can suspend or terminate your access to Encore if you violate these Terms. You can stop using Encore and delete your account at any time.

Encore is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll do our best to let you know in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
